Job Summary
Lead store operations and supervise crew activities by directing daily tasks, communicating updates, and supporting the Store Manager with action plans for service improvement. Manage sales, inventory, and financials while overseeing employee staffing, training, and development to maintain an engaged team. Assist customers with questions and complaints, promoting a culture of greeting, offering help, and thanking them. Work a full-time flexible schedule including early morning, overnight, and weekend shifts with overtime as needed.
