Operations Manager

The Operations Manager leads store teams to drive execution and performance, ensuring customer service excellence and financial discipline. Responsibilities include supervising the store crew, communicating actions plans for service and operational improvements, managing staffing, training and development, and overseeing sales, inventory, and policy implementation to support CVS/pharmacy’s mission of better health for customers and communities. The role requires strong leadership and analytical capabilities, advanced communication and influencing skills, and the ability to work a full-time, flexible schedule including early mornings, overnights, and weekends. The position is a full-time store role under the Store Management tier, with an emphasis on customer service leadership and operational efficiency.
