Job Summary
Operations Manager on the CVS/pharmacy Store Management team responsible for driving store execution and performance, building consumer loyalty through excellent customer service, supervising the store crew, and supporting the Store Manager with operational plans. Responsibilities include management lead activities for the store crew, customer service leadership, sales and inventory management, employee staffing, training and development, and financial management. Requires strong deductive reasoning, advanced analytical and computer skills, and excellent communication, leadership, supervision, and influencing abilities. Must be able to work a full-time flexible schedule including early morning, overnight, and weekend shifts, with overtime as needed to respond to urgent issues. Preferred background includes experience as a retail manager or supervisor; education typically at high school level or equivalent.
