Job Summary
Lead store execution and performance by supervising crew activities, directing daily operations, and implementing policies under the Store Manager's guidance. Manage sales and inventory, handle employee staffing and training, oversee financial management, and guide customer service leadership to drive consumer loyalty. Communicate operational plans and support service improvement initiatives while addressing urgent store issues. Requires advanced analytical skills, deductive reasoning, and flexibility for early morning, overnight, and weekend shifts. Full-time role with 40 weekly hours.
