Job Summary
Lead store crews and direct daily operational activities, including sales and inventory management, financial oversight, and staff training. Support the Store Manager with strategic plans for service improvement while maintaining an engaged team through strong leadership and clear communication. Assist customers with questions, problems, and complaints to uphold CVS's customer service culture. Work a full-time flexible schedule including early mornings, overnight shifts, weekends, and overtime as needed to respond to urgent issues.
