Job Summary
Operations Manager at CVS Health responsible for driving store execution and performance, leading a store team, and building consumer loyalty through excellent customer service. Key duties include supervision of store crews, communicating with the team, implementing actions plans for operational and service improvements, and managing customer service, sales, inventory, staffing, training, development, and financials. The role is part of the store management team, with a focus on leadership, accountability, safety and quality, and does not participate in the Retail Management Development Program. Requires the ability to work a full-time flexible schedule including early mornings, overnights, and weekends, and offers a comprehensive benefits package and competitive pay ($20.00-$34.00 hourly). - Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise
