Job Summary
Lead store execution and performance by supervising crew activities, directing daily operations, and implementing store policies. Manage sales and inventory, oversee employee staffing and training, handle financial management, and lead customer service efforts to resolve questions and complaints. Support the Store Manager with strategic operational plans while maintaining an engaged team through strong leadership and open communication. Work a full-time flexible schedule including early morning, overnight, and weekend shifts with overtime as needed. This role is not part of the Retail Management Development Program and does not offer direct promotion to Store Manager.
