Job Summary
The Operations Manager serves on the CVS/pharmacy Store Management team to drive store execution and performance while building customer loyalty through excellent service. Responsibilities include supervising store crews, directing activities, communicating with staff, supporting action plans for service and operational improvements, managing customer service, sales and inventory, staffing and training, and financial management. The role requires strong deductive reasoning, analytical and computer skills, advanced communication and leadership abilities, and the flexibility to work a full-time schedule including early mornings, overnights, weekends, and overtime; education of a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required.
