Job Summary
Lead store execution and performance by supervising crew activities, directing daily operations, and implementing policies under the Store Manager's guidance. Manage sales, inventory, and financials while handling employee staffing, training, and development. Drive operational and service improvement through open communication with store crews and direct customer support for questions, problems, and complaints. Work a full-time flexible schedule including early morning, overnight, and weekend shifts to respond to urgent issues. Apply advanced analytical and leadership skills to maintain an engaged team and build consumer loyalty.
