Job Summary
Operations Manager within CVS/pharmacy store leadership, responsible for leading store team, ensuring store execution and performance, and building consumer loyalty through excellent customer service. Duties include supervising the store’s crew, directing activities, communicating information openly and timely, supporting action plans for operational and service improvement, assisting customers, promoting CVS customer service culture, managing sales and inventory, staffing, training and development, and overseeing financial management. The role requires deductive reasoning, advanced analytical and computer skills, advanced communication and leadership abilities, and a flexible full-time schedule that may include early morning, overnight, and weekend shifts, with overtime as needed. Education generally aligned with a high school diploma or equivalent; this position does not participate in the Retail Management Development Program. The typical pay range is $20.15 - $34.15 per hour.
