Job Summary
Lead store execution and performance by supervising crew activities, directing daily operations, and implementing policies under Store Manager guidance. Manage sales, inventory, and financials while overseeing employee staffing, training, and development to maintain an engaged team. Drive operational and service improvement plans and lead customer service interactions to resolve questions and complaints. Work a full-time flexible schedule including early morning, overnight, and weekend shifts with overtime as needed.
