Job Summary
Lead store operations and supervise crew activities by directing daily tasks, communicating plans, and implementing policies under Store Manager guidance. Manage sales, inventory, and financials while overseeing employee staffing, training, and development to drive performance and customer loyalty. Assist customers with inquiries and complaints to uphold the CVS customer service culture. Requires advanced analytical skills, leadership ability, and flexibility for full-time shifts including early mornings, overnight, weekends, and overtime. Full-time position with a weekly schedule of 30 hours and an hourly pay range of $19.00 to $29.00.
