Job Summary
Operations Manager at CVS/pharmacy responsible for leading store execution and performance as part of the Store Management team. Oversees supervision of the store crew, staff development, customer service leadership, sales and inventory management, and financial management under the Store Manager's guidance. Focuses on implementing policies, driving operational improvements, delivering excellent customer service, and building consumer loyalty while maintaining a productive, engaged team. Requires a full-time, flexible schedule including early mornings, overnights, and weekends; prior retail management/supervision experience preferred; education typically at high school level or equivalent. This role is not part of the Retail Management Development Program and does not have direct promotion to Store Manager from this position.
