Job Summary
Lead store execution and performance by supervising crew activities, directing daily operations, and implementing store policies under the Store Manager's guidance. Manage sales and inventory, oversee employee staffing and training, handle financial management, and lead customer service initiatives to resolve inquiries and complaints. Communicate operational plans effectively to the team and drive service improvements while maintaining an engaged, productive workforce. Work a full-time flexible schedule including early morning, overnight, and weekend shifts, with overtime as needed for urgent issues.
