Job Summary
Lead store execution and performance by supervising crew activities, directing daily operations, and implementing policies under Store Manager guidance. Manage sales and inventory, handle employee staffing and training, oversee financial management, and lead customer service efforts to resolve questions and complaints. Maintain an engaged team through strong leadership and open communication while supporting operational and service improvement plans. Requires advanced analytical skills, deductive reasoning, and flexibility for early morning, overnight, and weekend shifts. This full-time role includes a comprehensive benefits package and is not part of the Retail Management Development Program.
