Job Summary
Operations Manager responsible for store leadership, driving store execution and performance, and building consumer loyalty to CVS/pharmacy through exceptional customer service. Oversees store management, supervision of the store crew, staffing, training and development, financial management, and policy implementation under the Store Manager. Emphasizes strong leadership, initiative, and accountability; requires effective communication and the ability to lead by example to improve operational and service performance. Must be able to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, overnights and weekends; overtime may be required. Benefits and compensation are described in the posting.
Required Qualifications
- Deductive reasoning ability, advanced analytical skills and computer skills.
- Advanced communication skills, leadership, supervision, and influencing skill.
- Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed
