Job Summary
Lead store crews by supervising, assigning, and directing daily activities while communicating operational plans and service improvement actions to supervisors. Support the Store Manager in managing sales, inventory, financials, and employee staffing, training, and development. Directly assist customers with questions, problems, and complaints to uphold CVS customer service culture through greeting, offering help, and thanking patrons. Work a full-time flexible schedule including early morning, overnight, weekend shifts, and overtime as needed to respond to urgent store issues.
