Job Summary
Lead store crews by supervising, assigning, and directing daily activities while communicating operational plans and service improvement actions to supervisors. Manage sales and inventory, handle employee staffing and training, oversee financial management, and guide customer service leadership by addressing questions, problems, and complaints. Work a full-time flexible schedule including early morning, overnight, and weekend shifts with overtime as needed to respond to urgent store issues. This full-time role supports the Store Manager in executing the company's purpose of simplifying healthcare through excellent customer service and strong store performance.
