Job Summary
Oversee and optimize all operational aspects across multiple sites (Huntsville, AL; Madison, AL; Haviland, OH) for Custom Assembly, Inc., leading logistics and supply chain activities to improve productivity, safety, and cost-effectiveness. Drive cross-functional collaboration with logistics, warehousing, and customer service teams; implement best practices; lead staff development; ensure regulatory compliance and budget adherence; leverage data-driven insights and KPIs to inform leadership and support sustainable growth.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in operations, including at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of safety standards compliance requirements
- Proven experience managing multi-site operations and leading diverse teams
