Job Summary
Lead the Operations Manager role by serving as a strategic advisor to the local Managing Principal and Director of Brokerage, optimizing operating processes, and managing brokerage support professionals. Partner with executive leadership to run the business, implement strategic initiatives, and lead critical projects based on emergent needs. Direct performance management, employee coaching, and the summer intern program while ensuring CRM usage and data accuracy for pipeline reporting. Manage financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, and expense tracking, oversee recruiting and onboarding, and coordinate office moves and event planning. Ensure compliance with policies and corporate standards while maintaining broker licenses and educational requirements. This position reports to the Director of Operations in New York City and requires 3+ years of managerial experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years of managerial experience
- 3+ years of operational or project management experience
- 3+ years of executive level support experience
- Bachelor's degree, English major preferred
