Job Summary
Operations Manager at Crunch Fitness leads day-to-day member and team experience within the club, from onboarding to staff training and performance coaching, driving member sales, retention, and satisfaction, supporting the General Manager in hitting membership and revenue goals. Responsibilities include delivering a welcoming environment, leading kickoff sessions to boost bookings, managing ASC/ACH enrollment and billing updates, executing cancel-save and follow-up retention strategies, coaching staff on sales techniques, organizing member engagement events, overseeing inventory and reporting accuracy, conducting weekly leadership meetings, ensuring cleaning protocols, reviewing performance data, and contributing to club growth and development.
Required Qualifications
- Previous leadership or operations experience in fitness, sales, or hospitality preferred
- Outgoing and positive personality with strong leadership presence
- Sales-minded, customer-service driven, and results-oriented
- Strong communication skills with the ability to coach and motivate teams
- Organized manager with strong attention to detail to oversee billing, reporting, inventory, and cleaning systems
