Job Summary
Operations Manager at Crunch Fitness leads the day-to-day member and team experience within the club, driving onboarding, staff training, performance coaching, member sales and retention, and achievement of membership and revenue targets. Responsibilities include delivering a welcoming member environment, leading kickoff sessions to boost engagement, supporting ACH enrollment and account management, executing cancel-save and follow-up activities, coaching staff on sales techniques, organizing member engagement events, managing inventory and billing updates, ensuring accurate reporting, conducting weekly leadership reviews, upholding cleaning protocols, and partnering with the General Manager to grow the club’s performance.
Required Qualifications
- Leadership experience in fitness, sales, or hospitality preferred
- Sales-minded, customer-service driven, results-oriented
- Strong communication and coaching skills
- Organized with attention to detail in billing, reporting, inventory, and cleaning systems
- Experience in member onboarding, retention strategies, and performance coaching
