Job Summary
Lead daily operations of the Crunch Fitness Mesa club, driving member and team experience while achieving membership targets. Responsibilities include onboarding new members, staff training and performance coaching, driving member sales and retention, cancel-save processes, ACH enrollment management, organizing member engagement events, managing billing/inventory, and ensuring reporting accuracy. Collaborate with the GM and club leadership to coach and develop staff, maintain high cleaning standards, and support growth and revenue goals through a people-focused, results-driven approach.
