Job Summary
Oversee day-to-day member and staff experiences at Crunch Fitness Greenacres. Lead onboarding, staff training, and performance coaching to drive member sales, retention, and satisfaction, while supporting the General Manager in achieving membership goals. Responsibilities include delivering a welcoming environment, boosting member integration and participation, managing billing and inventory, organizing member engagement events, conducting weekly leadership meetings, ensuring adherence to cleaning protocols, reviewing performance reports, and contributing to the club’s overall growth and success.
Required Qualifications
- Outgoing and positive personality with strong leadership presence
- Sales-minded, customer-service driven, and results-oriented
- Strong communication skills with the ability to coach and motivate teams
- An organized manager with strong attention to detail to oversee billing, reporting, inventory, and cleaning systems
- Prior leadership or operations experience in fitness, sales, or hospitality preferred
- Growth-minded individual who can support the General Manager in achieving all membership unit targets
