Job Summary
Manage end-to-end operations by coordinating external providers for bookkeeping, payroll, and legal, while automating repetitive tasks and maintaining cash flow. Lead onboarding, compliance, and vendor management for people and talent operations, and oversee contract execution, corporate filings, and financial reporting including tax and valuation. Bridge the gap between Seoul and US leadership teams by coordinating cross-border communications and resolving sensitive HR issues in English. This role requires a bilingual native Korean speaker with 3+ years in operations or finance to own specific business areas and drive process improvements within a fast-growing AI-native company serving life sciences.
Required Qualifications
- 한영 바이링구얼 — 한국어 원어민 수준 + 비즈니스 레벨 영어
- Ops·경영지원·재무/회계 행정 등에서 3년 이상, 프로세스를 끝까지 굴려 결과를 낸 경험
- 오너십 — 한 영역을 통째로 맡아 스스로 굴려본 경험(실행자가 아니라 결과 책임자)
- 여러 워크스트림을 동시에 정확히 처리하는 멀티태스킹과 디테일
- 명세가 부족한 환경에서도 스스로 우선순위를 잡고 완료까지 끌고 가는 추진력
- 스프레드시트·SaaS·자동화 도구에 능숙하고, 새로운 도구를 빠르게 익히는 분
- 미국 거점 리더와 시차를 두고 협업하는 데 유연함
Desired Qualifications
- 업무를 다양한 방식으로 자동화해 팀 생산성을 끌어올려본 경험
- 미국 법인 재무·법무 오퍼레이션 경험(Ramp·QuickBooks·Carta·US payroll·409A 등)
- 외부 회계·법무·payroll 프로바이더 및 벤더를 조율·관리해본 경험
- 시드~얼리 스테이지 스타트업에서 0→1 오퍼레이션을 세팅해본 경험
- 제약·바이오·헬스케어 도메인에 대한 이해
