Job Summary
Manage warehouse staff through recruitment, scheduling, coaching, and motivation while coordinating operations with other departments to ensure efficiency. Oversee cost control measures to strengthen gross profit and maintain operational reliability of equipment through third-party vendors. Resolve complex operational issues, handle warehouse accounting, and safeguard company assets. Requires 5+ years of warehouse experience and 3+ years in supervision. Full-time role from Sunday to Wednesday, 7 AM to 7:30 PM. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED
- 5 or more years of experience with warehouse work
- 3 or more years of supervisory or management experience
- Standing/Walking 75% of the time
- Stand or sit for long periods of time
- Reach with hands and arms and stoop, kneel, crouch and frequently required to climb or balance
- Regularly lift and/or move 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move 50 pounds by hand
- Ability to analyze and resolve complex warehouse operational issues
- Ability to be a team-player and work effectively with senior-level staff
- Ability to manage and lead staff to excellent performance
- Proficient at MS Office
- Ability to pay attention to detail and be highly organized
- Ability to handle warehouse accounting and book-keeping
- Working knowledge of electronic inventory control system
- Working knowledge of safety and security procedures
- Professional certification
