Job Summary
Oversees the production, safety, and efficiency of warehouse operations, including supervising workers, coordinating shipping and receiving, and driving cost-control to improve gross profit. Responsibilities include recruitment of hourly warehouse staff, planning and directing workload assignments, mentoring and motivating staff, coordinating with other departments for efficiency, safeguarding assets, and maintaining equipment reliability via third-party vendors. Requires strong analytical, leadership, and organizational skills, proficiency with MS Office, and a track record of warehouse management and team leadership. Certifications may be required in some areas.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED is required.
- 5 or more years of experience with warehouse work.
- 3 or more years of supervisory or management experience
