Lead and supervise operational teams to achieve performance goals and enhance productivity while developing strategic plans to improve efficiency. Oversee project management initiatives to ensure timely completion and adherence to quality standards, and analyze profit and loss statements to identify areas for improvement and drive profitability. Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for process enhancements and ensure compliance with company policies. Collaborate with other leadership to cultivate and develop teams. This remote Operations Manager role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership capabilities to manage diverse teams and drive business growth.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations management or a related role
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of project management software and tools
- Experience in budgeting and financial management
