Operations Manager

Lead the Rushville Manufacturing Launch of the new Oil Free Centrifugal product platform by coordinating with Advanced Manufacturing Engineering, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Quality teams to accelerate program introduction. Manage operations for the new product line launch, including defining product support plans, creating requirements for production test tools, and coordinating vendor activities for design, tooling, and parts suppliers. Establish robust supply networks, optimize business and manufacturing processes, and ensure delivery assurance while protecting expected lead times. Lead cross-functional teams through complex project aspects, facilitate strategy deployment, and drive improvements in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Engineering using Kaizen and rapid improvement processes. This role is fully onsite in Rushville, IN, with a focus on delivering new product readiness and impacting critical metrics.
