Job Summary
Operations Manager II responsible for running the daily operations of the applicable market, driving improvement measures and operational strategy. Oversees adherence to SOPs, tracks KPIs, coordinates labor and scheduling, manages resources during peak and off-peak hours, and prepares end-of-shift performance reports. Collaborates with cross-functional teams (IT, Customer Support, Quality Assurance) to ensure scalable, cost-efficient operations. Requires bilingual English/Spanish, experience in operations/logistics (preferably in cold storage), and a relevant bachelor’s degree. Compensation is listed as a pay range with comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field preferred
- Bilingual (English & Spanish Fluency)
- Experience in cold storage (preferred), operations, logistics, or a similar role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Proficiency in relevant tools and software (e.g., operational dashboards, reporting tools)
