Job Summary
Seeking an Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day field operations in restoration and construction, focusing on operational efficiency, team leadership, safety compliance, and customer relations. Ideal candidates have extensive experience in the restoration industry, excellent management skills, and the ability to handle fast-paced environments.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in restoration, construction, or related field operations
- Prior supervisory or management leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of water/fire/mold restoration processes
- Ability to read scopes, estimates, and technical job documentation
- Excellent communication, time management, and team leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
- Proficiency with email, spreadsheets, CRM’s and restoration/project management software
Desired Qualifications
- IICRC Certifications (WRT, ASD, FSRT, AMRT)
- Experience with insurance carriers, adjusters, and claim documentation
- Experience with Xactimate, Hubspot, Dash, or similar systems
- Previous experience in emergency services, CAT events, or disaster response
