Operations Manager, Commercial Landscape Maintenance

Lead 5–6 crews across landscape maintenance, enhancement, and snow operations; hire, train, and manage field employees; motivate and direct maintenance, enhancement, and snow crews; conduct performance evaluations and set goals for each crew. Supervise accounts and ensure work is completed per contract and on schedule; coordinate daily operations, route scheduling, and work assignments; manage tickets, close work orders, and track job completion; order materials and participate in seasonal planning. Schedule and lead weekly safety meetings; conduct equipment and vehicle inspections; enforce safety policies and safe work practices. Manage payroll reporting, crew hours, and job costing; support billing and operational reporting. Build strong relationships with clients and internal teams; assist Account Managers with scheduling additional work and enhancements. Experience with Aspire software is a significant plus. Maintain strong communication with Branch Manager and Account Managers regarding site conditions and status updates; oversee snow operations from fall setup to winter execution.
