Job Summary
Lead and oversee commercial operations and personnel to ensure sold jobs are timely scheduled, skillfully performed, and executed safely and profitably. Manage operational processes to maximize profit and return while maintaining high customer satisfaction levels. Collaborate on operating budgets and sales goals to align with corporate objectives and deliver return on sales that meets yearly financial forecasts. Hire, train, and develop new employees through daily coaching, scorecard reviews, and performance evaluations. Communicate directly with customers to solicit feedback, solve problems, and identify new sales opportunities. This role supports the 100th anniversary celebration of DH Pace, an industry leader in commercial door and security solutions.
Required Qualifications
- minimum 2 years' performance as Department Manager, Operations Manager and/or Project Manager in the Service Provider industry
- familiarity and knowledge of construction project management
- installation of building materials
