Accept and register new shipments, dispatch crews for daily jobs, and manage driver assignments to maximize workload. Input weekly payroll, process new hire paperwork, assist in recruiting OTR drivers, and audit fuel logs weekly. Oversee warehouse operations to maintain cleanliness and ensure compliance with fire and RSMO inspections while maintaining logs for local equipment and trucks. Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- Previous managerial experience
- Knowledge of logistics and transportation industry
- Knowledge of residential, commercial, and military move process
