Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of people management experience leading a large team across multiple sites or district management
- Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred or considerable people management experience
- Strong and professional communication with department leaders
- High emotional intelligence (EQ) to support families and clinicians
- Ability to sit, stand, and walk; able to lift up to 50 pounds; physically present at assigned location
