Job Summary
Lead operational strategy and clinic-wide performance for an ABA pediatric clinic. Drive KPIs and budgets, manage a 25–50 person clinical/operational team, onboard and educate families, collaborate with Admissions and Clinical Directors to ensure high-quality operations, and support ongoing professional development and compliance across multiple sites.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of managing large teams across multiple sites or districts
- Bachelor's or master's degree preferred, but extensive management experience also valued
- High School Diploma or GED required
- High EI, strong communication, leadership and problem-solving skills
- ability to sit/stand/walk and meet safety/ADA standards
- proficiency with PPE and compliance requirements
