Job Summary
Lead the overall operations of an ABC Facility, driving clinical-excellence and operational effectiveness. Own financial oversight, safety/compliance, and KPIs; manage a large, multi-site team (25-50 teammates) and partner with Clinic Admissions, Clinical Director, and Department Leaders to ensure high-quality clinical outcomes for children with autism and their families. Drive onboarding and engagement of families, plan monthly/quarterly events, and guide performance evaluations and development plans. The role emphasizes budget management, community engagement, leadership, and a strong emphasis on supporting families and maintaining high workplace standards. Requires 6+ years of people-management experience across multiple sites, and a Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred. Physical requirements include the ability to sit, stand, walk, lift up to 50 pounds, wear PPE, and be present at the assigned job location. ABC is an ABA pediatric provider with locations across TX, AZ, CO, IL, NC, MN.
