Operations Manager - Clinic Setting

Lead the operations of ABC’s pediatric ABA clinics as Operations Manager. You will manage KPIs, clinic budgets, and team performance across multiple sites, partner with clinical leaders to drive clinical outcomes, and engage families throughout onboarding. You will recruit, attract, engage, and retain 25-50 teammates, conduct performance evaluations and development plans, plan monthly and quarterly team events, and collaborate with Clinic Admissions, Clinical Director, and Department Leaders on Operations Quality. The role requires 6+ years of people-management experience (multi-site/district leadership) and a strong, professional communication style with high EQ. A Bachelor's or Master's degree is preferred (or considerable people-management experience). Physical requirements to sit/stand/move as needed, and ability to be present at assigned job location. Location footprint includes TX, AZ, CO, IL, NC, and MN with in-person operations at each clinic.
