Job Summary
Lead operational management of ABA therapy clinics across multiple states. Drive KPIs, clinic budgets, and team performance to deliver high-quality clinical care. Manage a 25–50 person workforce across sites, conduct evaluations and development plans, and oversee onboarding and family education to support successful clinical outcomes. Collaborate with admissions, clinical directors, and department leaders to maintain operational excellence, ensure safety and compliance, and foster community engagement with families. Role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and effective communication to coordinate multi-site operations, manage resources, and sustain performance. Training occurs in Austin, TX, with ongoing opportunities for professional development and career progression.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of leadership experience managing large teams across multiple sites or districts
- Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree preferred; High School Diploma or GED required
