Job Summary
Operations Manager at ABC responsible for leading a multi-site clinic portfolio serving children with autism. Drive operational and financial performance by managing KPIs, clinic budgets, and a 25–50 person clinical team. Lead onboarding, staff evaluations, development plans, and team celebrations while building trust with families through education during the onboarding journey. Partner with admissions, clinical directors, and department leaders to ensure high-quality operations and compliance across locations in TX, AZ, CO, IL, NC, and MN. Requires 6+ years of leadership in large teams; bachelor’s or master’s degree preferred (HS/GED required); strong emotional intelligence and strategic problem-solving in a pediatric ABA context.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of managing large teams across multiple sites or districts
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferred; High School Diploma or GED required
- Strong leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills
- Ability to drive operational and financial performance
- Experience in healthcare or pediatric clinical settings preferred
- Ability to sit/stand/walk and perform physical requirements as described
- Commitment to ADA/FMLA compliance and safety standards
