Job Summary
Operations Manager responsible for the overall operations of a clinic facility, including financial oversight, safety, compliance, and staff leadership. The role emphasizes driving clinical excellence through KPIs and budgets, engaging with families and clinicians, coordinating onboarding and development, planning events, and leading 25-50 teammates across multiple sites. Key duties include monthly KPI and budget tracking, community engagement, performance evaluations and corrective actions, and collaboration with clinical leadership to ensure high-quality outcomes for pediatric autism services. Must bring at least 6 years of people-management experience (or equivalent) and a strong, professional communication style to support organizational growth and a positive family-centered environment.
Required Qualifications
- At least 6 years of people management experience leading a large team and multi-site oversight
- Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred or considerable people management experience
- Ability to lead 25-50 teammates and manage operations across clinics
- Strong communication skills and high emotional intelligence (EQ) for working with families and clinicians
- Experience tracking KPIs, clinic budgets, and ensuring compliance and safety standards
- Willingness to be physically present at assigned location and perform essential operational duties
