Job Summary
Operations Manager at ABC Clinic setting leads overall operations for multiple ABA pediatric clinics, driving KPIs, clinic budgets, and team performance. Responsible for onboarding families, establishing strong connections with families, overseeing performance evaluations and development plans, coordinating events, and collaborating with Clinical Director and Department Leaders to ensure clinical excellence and compliance. Required Qualifications
- At least 6 years of people management experience leading a large team of professionals across multiple sites and/or district management
- Bachelors or Masters degree preferred or considerable people management experience required
- Strong and professional communication style among Department Leaders
- Ability to sit, stand, and walk and assume a variety of positions; physically present at assigned job location
- Demonstrated ability to drive clinical outcomes and oversee financials, safety, and compliance
