Operations Manager

Job Summary
Manage production and structure maintenance operations including construction, installations, and material management for outdoor advertising assets. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance to set pricing for production services, provide bid estimates, and coordinate production schedules based on client needs. Monitor compliance with OSHA, EPA, and DOT regulations while overseeing fleet vehicle maintenance and inventory records. Lead departmental planning, budget administration, and union negotiations, and act as the on-call contact for building security emergencies. Requires 7+ years of experience, valid driver's license, and ability to climb structures for inspections. 25% travel required for client meetings.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, experience, or military experience
- Seven (7) + years of related work experience
- Demonstrated leadership experience including experience building and nurturing a team
- Strong analytical, decision making, and problem-solving skills and able to multi-task and balance multiple priorities
- Able to partner successfully with internal and external groups (such as vendors, clients, CCOA sales, and real estate, etc.)
- Proficient in Microsoft software applications (i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
- Able to travel outside of the office 25% of the time for client meetings, corporate meetings, and industry events
- Able to safely climb structures to inspect items such as client postings (as needed)
- Has a valid driver's license
- Access to a reliable vehicle
