Job Summary
Industrial Services Operations/Engineering Manager responsible for implementing and overseeing compliance programs for Water treatment processes within the National Water Services group; ensures federal, state, and local environmental regulations are met and maintains a safe, accident-free work environment in line with client and HPC Industrial policies and procedures; role requires leadership of cross-functional teams, ensuring regulatory compliance, risk management, and continuous improvement in industrial operations.
Required Qualifications
- Experience leading industrial services operations or engineering teams
- Knowledge of environmental regulations at federal, state, and local levels
- Proven ability to implement compliance programs and ensure safety in industrial settings
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage safety, health, and environmental policies and procedures
- Experience with water treatment processes is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, environmental science, or related field preferred
