Operations Manager

Lead, develop and welfare of the depot driving team; plan and deliver a cost-effective, customer-focused daily operation; build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders; ensure a safe, reliable, and high-quality service; collaborate with the Engineering Manager to drive depot performance. Requires CPC Level 3 qualification (or willingness to work towards it) and strong communication with the ability to lead with confidence; working knowledge of allocation systems and transport legislation; a calm, capable approach to management challenges.
