Operations Manager

Operations Manager responsible for warranty and finance contract closings, evaluating initial sales agreements against final finance documents, and altering agreements at the closing table. Manages funding steps, lender-item gathering, and project coordination including contractor/vendor selection, bidding, scheduling, and vendor performance. Provides customer service coordination to ensure contract completion, negotiates with dissatisfied customers, and prepares management with process-improvement reports. Maintains deal tracking databases and handles commission calculations. Requires travel up to 50% locally; education: High School Diploma; 2-year degree preferred.
