Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain, Engineering, or Business
- 8+ years of experience in operations management within a food manufacturing environment
- Proven experience overseeing maintenance, shipping & receiving, packaging, and logistics
- Experience managing budgets, optimizing processes, and leading teams in a production setting
Desired Qualifications
