Lead store execution and performance by supervising crew activities, directing operational plans, and implementing policies under Store Manager guidance. Manage sales and inventory, oversee employee staffing and training, and handle financial management while leading customer service initiatives to resolve questions and complaints. Maintain an engaged, productive team through strong leadership and open communication, responding to urgent issues during flexible shifts including early mornings, overnight, and weekends. This full-time role offers a base pay range of $21.90 - $35.90 and includes medical, dental, vision, PTO, and retirement benefits.
