Job Summary
Lead store crews and direct daily operational activities, including sales and inventory management, financial oversight, and employee training. Support the Store Manager with action plans for service improvement while maintaining an engaged team through strong communication and leadership. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and urgent issues that arise during flexible shifts, including early mornings, nights, and weekends. Manage staffing and development to drive store execution and consumer loyalty. This part-time role requires advanced analytical and communication skills, with a weekly commitment of 25 hours.
