Job Summary
Operations Manager oversees store execution and performance within CVS/pharmacy, leading a store team, driving customer service, inventory and financial stewardship, staffing, training and policy implementation under Store Manager supervision. Key duties include supervising store crews, communicating with staff, creating action plans for service and operational improvements, promoting CVS customer service culture, handling customer questions and complaints, and supporting store leadership in overall store management and development of personnel. Requires strong deductive reasoning, advanced analytical and computer skills, superior communication, leadership and influence, and the ability to work a full-time flexible schedule including early mornings, overnights and weekends. High school diploma or equivalent required; prior retail management or supervisory experience preferred.
